A bow can feel great in the shop. But aiming is proven when the shot gets longer and the pressure builds. It can't be judged in a few seconds or a few shots.
So take it home and put it through its paces. If it doesn't become the best-aiming bow you've ever owned, we'll take it back.

Get properly fit for draw length and draw weight, and have your bow set up by someone who knows Prime.

Register online with your serial number, dealer and purchase date. It takes a few minutes and puts your bow on record for the Proof Period.

Practice with it, stretch your distance, and make it earn your trust. Keep it in good condition: a bow returned under the promise needs to come back undamaged.

It all starts at your Local Prime Authorized Pro Shop
They'll fit the bow to you and get it shooting right. The Proof Period takes it from there.
Which bows are covered?
Every new Prime bow, hunting and target, bought from an authorized Prime dealer, that is purchased after November 3, 2026.
When do my 30 days start?
On your purchase date of the bow. A valid receipt showing the purchase price of the bow and date of purchase must be provided.
Do I have to register my bow?
Yes. Registration tells us the bow is yours and when you bought it. Register as soon as you get it home. Register your bow
What do I get back if I return it?
A refund of the bow's purchase price. Sales tax is excluded. The refund covers the bow only, not accessories or setup labor.
Do I take it back to the shop?
No. Contact Prime directly and we'll walk you through the return.
What condition does it need to be in?
Shoot it as much as you like at home and at the range. Normal wear from shooting is fine. To qualify for a full refund, the bow needs to come back in the condition you'd expect from normal shooting, free of damage.
Who pays to ship it back?
Prime does. Contact Prime to start your return and we'll cover the cost of shipping it back.
Does it cover used bows or bows bought outside the US?
The Proof Period covers new bows bought from an authorized Prime dealer in the lower 48 U.S. states. Outside the lower 48? Please reach out to our customer service team.
