PRIME AIMING PROMISE

Official Terms

Nothing Aims Like a Prime. Now you have 30 days to prove it to yourself.

Purchase an eligible new Prime bow from a participating Authorized Prime Dealer, register it with Prime, and put it through its paces for up to 30 calendar days. Set it up. Tune it. Shoot it. Put it through the kind of real-world use for which it was designed.

If, during those 30 days, you do not believe it is the best-aiming bow you have ever owned, Prime will take it back and provide the refund described below, subject to the Official Terms, including the eligibility, condition, and return-request requirements.

No proof of performance is required.

Eligibility

The Prime Aiming Promise shall apply only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The new, eligible Prime bow was purchased from a participating Authorized Prime Dealer eligible models are all new Prime bows purchased after November 3, 2026, and while the Prime Aiming Promise was in effect;
  • You are the original retail purchaser of the bow;
  • The bow was registered with Prime within the 30-day after the original retail purchase date. Register at g5prime.com;
  • The purchaser provides a valid dated sales receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to Prime;
  • The purchaser has not previously exercised the Prime Aiming Promise within the preceding 12-month period; and
  • The bow is returned in an undamaged condition, except for normal cosmetic wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.

The 30-day registration period shall commence on the original retail purchase date shown on the sales receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

The “original retail purchaser” is the individual who purchased the bow new from a participating Authorized Prime Dealer and who registers the bow with Prime.

A “participating Authorized Prime Dealer” is an Authorized Prime Dealer that is listed as participating in the Prime Aiming Promise on Prime’s dealer locator at g5prime.com on the original retail purchase date, or that Prime confirms in writing, upon request made through [method of contact], was participating on that date.

Used, previously owned, demo, rental, or otherwise designated non-new bows are not eligible for the Prime Aiming Promises unless expressly authorized in writing by Prime.

Put It to the Test

The Prime Aiming Promise is intended to allow you to actually experience your Prime.

Normal use is allowed and expected. This includes ordinary shooting, tuning, carrying, transportation, and setup consistent with the bow's intended use. Normal cosmetic wear resulting from those activities will not, by itself, disqualify a bow from return. Examples include superficial scuffs and handling marks that do not affect structural integrity or safe operation.

The Prime Aiming Promise does not cover bows damaged through misuse, abuse, neglect, dry firing, intentional damage, improper maintenance, or unauthorized structural modification. Prime reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a bow has sustained damage resulting from any of the foregoing causes and to reject any such bow for return under the Prime Aiming Promise.

All factory components necessary for the bow to be complete and functional must be returned with the bow. If Prime's inspection shows that a return is incomplete, Prime will notify the purchaser in writing, identify the missing components, and allow ten (10) calendar days from the date of that notice for the purchaser to provide them before denying the return.

How to Make a Return

To request a return under the Prime Aiming Promise:

  • Contact Prime before the end of the 30-day period by submitting a request through g5prime.com or emailing PrimeArchery@g5outdoors.com. The request must identify the purchaser and bow, and state that the purchaser seeks an Aiming Promise return. A request is timely when submitted through the online channel or received at the designated email address within 30 days of the date listed on the sales receipt.
  • Provide proof of purchase and confirm that the bow has been registered with Prime.
  • Prime will provide instructions for returning the bow directly to Prime for inspection and processing.
  • Prime will provide shipping for the return of the bow.
  • Upon receipt, Prime will inspect the bow to confirm that it meets the eligibility and condition requirements of the Prime Aiming Promise and will notify the purchaser of approval or the specific reason for denial within 30 days of receipt of the bow.
  • If the bow qualifies under these terms, Prime will process the refund within 30 days.

The purchaser must follow Prime’s reasonable written packaging instructions.

The purchaser will receive a refund of the original purchase price actually paid for the eligible Prime bow.

Separately purchased accessories, dealer labor, setup or tuning charges, shipping charges, financing charges, sales tax, and other services are not part of the Prime bow purchase price and are not covered by the Prime Aiming Promise.

No restocking fee will be charged on an eligible Prime Aiming Promise return. If Prime determines that a bow is not eligible for the Prime Aiming Promise, it will return the bow to the address provided by purchaser within 30 days after making the determination.

The Prime Aiming Promise is govern by Michigan law, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any lawsuit arising out of or relating to the Prime Aiming Promise must be brought in a state court with jurisdiction in Macomb County, Michigan. Prime and the purchaser consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This provision does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Prime Aiming Promise vs. Product Warranty

The Prime Aiming Promise is a consumer satisfaction return program. It is separate from Prime's product warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, or other warranty matters.

Returning a bow under the Prime Aiming Promise does not require the bow to be defective.

Likewise, expiration of the 30-day Prime Aiming Promise does not reduce or eliminate any separate rights the purchaser may have under Prime's applicable product warranty or applicable law.

Privacy
Prime collects and uses the information provided in connection with the Prime Aiming Promise, including purchase and registration information, the purchaser's name and contact details, the bow serial number, and refund and payment administration details, to administer the Prime Aiming Promise, verify eligibility, apply the one-return-per-rolling-12-month limit, process returns and refunds, and prevent fraud and abuse. Prime's handling of personal data is governed by the Prime privacy policy available at PRIVACY POLICY, as updated from time to time.

Program Integrity

Prime reserves the right to deny a claim involving fraud, falsified purchase information, intentional damage, ineligibility, deliberate circumvention of the one-return per purchaser limit or abuse of the Prime Aiming Promise.

Prime may modify or discontinue the Prime Aiming Promise for future purchases. Any change will not reduce the rights applicable to an eligible bow purchased while the program was in effect.

This program does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable federal, state, or local law.
